Time is flying by and my little one is getting big too fast!
Jake had his 2 month check up this week. Here are the stats:
Height is 24 3/4 inches - 95th percentile!
Weight is 14 lbs. 7 oz. - above the 95th percentile!
He is one big baby. I feel very lucky to have this sweet little bundle who eats well, sleeps well, coos and smiles all day long, and makes our entire family so happy.
We are starting to think about helping Jake sleep a little bit better. He is spoiled being held by someone all day and sleeping with mom and dad all night. The problem with this is that he isn't getting the sleep he needs which is making him cranky! I am currently charting his sleep patterns to see if I can figure out some sort of schedule. Then we have a starting place to know when to put him down for naps, etc.... We also bought a crib this week and this weekend I am hoping to get the nursery all put together. This project got put on hold when Diana moved in because the toy room became her bedroom, and we moved all the toys to the nursery! Now, though, Jake needs his own space to nap and play and I have decided to turn his large closet into the toy closet.
